All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking information. Once a package has been marked as “delivered” by USPS, it is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
• Double-check your shipping address
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, etc.)
• Contact your local post office for more information
If the package still cannot be located, please reach out within 3 days of the delivery scan so I can assist in opening a claim with USPS.
Please be advised that once orders are in possession of USPS, all liability and risk of loss transfers to you (the customer) and USPS. TVL Cosmetics is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen, and the ability to provide resolution is extremely limited. By purchasing you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Replacement Orders:
TVL Cosmetics understands how important it is to receive your items, especially for time-sensitive events. If you need a replacement order before the USPS claim is resolved, TVL Cosmetics’s is happy to resend your items. Replacement orders must be repurchased, but in some cases TVL Cosmetics will cover the shipping cost.
If TVL Cosmetics opens a claim on your behalf and USPS confirms that your original package was lost or misdelivered, TVL Cosmetics will issue a full refund for the replacement order.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with no damage to the tray nor lashes. Lashes must not be used or worn to be eligible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
The Cherry “Bomb” and Seal and Cherry “Bomb” Remover are final sale items and are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Customers have 72 hours after receiving to report a defective or damaged Cherry “Bomb” and Seal and/or Cherry “Bomb” Remover tube to TVL Cosmetics. After 72 hours we can no longer verify the conditions, which is important to maintaining the integrity and quality of the product, the tube was left in. After 72 hours, refund and replacement requests are automatically denied.
