Shipping policy

Orders are packaged and shipped every 2-3 business days and are delivered within 5-8 days via USPS.

TVL Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted and scanned by USPS.

TVL Cosmetics is not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

All liability transfers to USPS once the order is placed in their possession, making them responsible for you receiving your package or possibly receiving compensation for your package if the former is not possible.
