DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Apply the bond to the base of your lashes, and apply a dap onto each lash cluster.
2. Overlap your clusters when applying for the best results.
3. Once applied, swipe sealant between your tweezers and clamp your clusters.
4. Allow your clusters 5-10 minutes to dry.
5. Wait 48 hours before wetting your clusters.
6. Do not submerge your clusters.
7. Dry and re-seal your clusters every time you wet them
7-14 day retention is expected, but not a guarantee. Apply cluster bond and seal as stated above for the best results.

All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking information. Once a package has been marked as “delivered” by USPS, it is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
• Double-check your shipping address
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, etc.)
• Contact your local post office for more information
If the package still cannot be located, please reach out within 3 days of the delivery scan so I can assist in opening a claim with USPS.
Please be advised that once orders are in possession of USPS, all liability and risk of loss transfers to you (the customer) and USPS. TVL Cosmetics is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen, and the ability to provide resolution is extremely limited. By purchasing you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Replacement Orders:
TVL Cosmetics understands how important it is to receive your items, especially for time-sensitive events. If you need a replacement order before the USPS claim is resolved, TVL Cosmetics’s is happy to resend your items. Replacement orders must be repurchased, but in some cases TVL Cosmetics will cover the shipping cost.
If USPS confirms that your original package was lost or misdelivered, TVL Cosmetics will issue a full refund for the replacement order.
